For the first time ever, our distillery-exclusive River Proof Series is available beyond 207 Seminary Ave. We’re proud to bring you our Distillery Exclusive River Proof Series: a tribute to the settlers and distillers who built this industry along these very shores, and to the enduring spirit of bourbon.
Our High Rye River Proof Series Bourbon honors that spirit of movement and bold character. With a spice-forward mashbill, it delivers cracked pepper, dark fruit, and caramel layered over oak.
The Mash bill is:
65% corn
25% rye
10% malted barley
